Nice room. Plenty of space. Overall the hotel is in good shape. Very nice breakfast. Shuttle was excellent!
Slow check in even with no line. Front desk person was distracted with other tasks like answering the phone. Front desk person insisted that the Wi-Fi was only free for IGN members. They need to change how they advertise this hotel if that is the case.

The location was perfect for the casino and staying overnight after a show at the event center. Staff was very friendly!
When we turned down the bedding the duvet cover had a large, crusty spot on it. They offered to change our room due to not having staff at 1130pm to come switch out the sheets. Opted to go down to the front desk and get another duvet cover.
The bed was very uncomfortable due to being very firm and the pillows were very flat.
