Clean building and rooms. Large dining area. The happy hour was really a nice surprise and breakfast was a first class offering! The woman in charge of the breakfast was pleasant, friendly, and a great representative for your hotel!

I was very disappointed to be charged for an entire additional day when I had not authorized it, especially since I checked out less than an hour after the scheduled checkout time. I understand the importance of checkout policies, but charging me for a full day under these circumstances felt excessive and unreasonable. To make matters worse, the experience with the staff was horrible. Their attitude was unprofessional, and the smirking response I received made an already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would expect better customer service and more reasonable handling of situations like this.
