The location was great. The service was excellent. Food served was delicious.

There was hair in the bath tub/shower. There was no trash can. The only trash can in the room was tiny when people often have to order out for meals. Water took a long time to heat up. The products on the sink were absolutely incapable of their purpose but the shower products were good.
There was exterior and interior structural damage to hotel. The smell of hallways and room was chemicals. The structure of the hotel created rooms that face the pool so there is unlimited light, noise, and a long path to rooms
