The breakfast was good and the location was ok.
I didn't know about the extra deposit but paid back after checkout. I like to be informed ahead of time of what the price is supposed to be.

The receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Marlina. She went out of her way to help us when we had questions. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, omelette, bacon and cooked potatoes with peppers!

The breakfast was ok, but my husband found glass in his food, management was notified and offered apology and a reduction in our room rate.

The front desk service from (I believe her name was Marlina), was excellent! She was friendly, courteous, and personable. The breakfast was great and the server was excellent! She was attentive to everyone's needs, personable, and kept the entire area clean and presentable. The check out representative was nice, friendly, and receptive to my complaints regarding the room.
The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly! The floor was dirty and had not been dusted or mopped. The bottom of the outside of the toilet bowl had stains near the bottom and wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The toilet hose water supply line was leaking and needed repair.
