The pool was open and clean. The staff was very friendly. The housekeepers were fantastic. Thank you comfort inn Miami. You are a diamond in the rough. Will be booking again.

Very clean and staff was good

Bed was comfortable.
Only one grab bar in shower, not strategically located. Should be more grab bars in a regular room when the handicap rooms are not available.

Ease of check in. They offered lemon water while checking in.
The room was really used. There was old trash under the bed. My wife lifted the protective sheet and there were old remnants of particles left by previous customers. the toilet wouldn't flush. I asked for a plunger, and room service brought one really quick, that was a positive.
