Room was not very clean with old water stains under sink and broken AC vent grill.

The breakfast was exactly what I’ve come to expect from holiday inn express. If there is one available in the area we are visiting it has typically become our go to hotel. My wife and I particularly enjoy the cinnamon buns!! The lady in charge of the breakfast area did an excellent job. Everything was always kept up with and the entire area was neat, clean and inviting.
The parking did seem a bit on the shorter end of available spaces. The only other thing that comes to mind is the elevator can be quite slow and is on the small side when 4 people with luggage want get in all at once.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area very clean, decent amount of food choices. Coffee was good.
Queen mattress was way to soft. I was on the first floor and the room above me I could hear people walking that sounded way way too loud, as if they were stomping on the floor. This went on and off for a few hours.
