The location is great and the property is very well maintained. My family has stayed here overnight for about the past 4 years when we come to see the production at Sight and Sound Theatre. We have never had any issues which is why we stay here.

The neighborhood.
The cleanliness, the outdatedness. The sheets looked dirty, thank goodness I bring my own along.
The cleaning people were cleaning the room next to us when we arrived back on Saturday. We left immediately and made sure they knew we were leaving so they could clean ours. They didn't clean it at all. We arrived later to find they skipped our room. We had to go to the office for clean towels. The carpet was coming up at the wall when we arrived and there was a good deal of water on the bathroom floor. We left the office know, they said it was from the cleaning people. There was a musty smell in the room.
