I’ve stayed with this hotel in the past and I appreciate the room decor upgrades. Lots of conveniences in and around the hotel.
I didn’t like the staff specifically Biff, he was rude and standoffish

We stay here every time we come back to St Louis area because we know it's going to be great for us. We love how amazing the staff is and the location is absolutely perfect. They have done some updates since our last visit and was very impressed with how big and comfortable the king size rooms are. Beds are very comfortable and always very clean.
They have changed the club access and it's no longer open on the weekends which was very upsetting when you are accustomed to knowing you can go eat breakfast and evening snacks.

I didn't like that I got double charged by both you guys AND booking .com (which is where I booked it first). I have talked to someone and have a case #462949745. Not sure WHY I haven't heard anything back... Otherwise, it was a good stay. But, the double charge thing may have me re-thinking EVER staying at a Sheraton again.
