inviting lobby/bar. outdoor ping pong and corn hole a plus. the decor was very nice and contemporary

The location was amazing right in the center of everything. The staff was amazing they even sent up a complimentary gift for my daughter because we were celebrating her birthday. Lobby is beautiful!!
The cleaning could be a tad better especially in the bathrooms

Location was great close to International Drive and also shuttle service to Universal Studios. Pool area was nice for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Ongoing renovations including lack of air conditioning due to faults in system. Air con in room was also very noisy. Checkout process, primarily receiving 3 separate email bills and extra charges which wasnt explained at time of checkout and was queried but not resolved. I also emailed Hotel via booking operator prior to our stay but recieved no response.
