Very comfortable! The beds were great. We had a bay view from the 14th floor. Quick Uber ride to the zoo and airport. We walked to eat and shop. Very convenient location. The staff was nice. Ate breakfast one morning. The selection was generous for a fair $20 price. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
It's not a big deal, but I would prefer a regular door to the bathroom instead of a barn door.

Perfect location near Little Italy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, I particularly want to mention the House Keeping Manager Julie. We received such kind care and attention from her when we ran into a small issue and couldn't be more grateful for her assistance. The hotel room itself was also spacious with all needed amenities!

I liked how pretty it was inside and out, the only issue was they did not have more free available parking those with two cars. I didn’t want to pay for valet.
The rooms bathroom had mold on the walls due to the lack of fans and extreme humidity. It made me feel very concerns because there seemed to be a lot of it. The rooms was great just very humid and again bc of the lack of fans stop kind of felt sticky the whole time.
