The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle to bring us to the Kia Center which was awesome.
I thought the prices for drinks in the bar was a little expensive.

Great location especially if you are going to events at the Kia Center.
Rooms need basic maintenance.
Toilet paper holder loose on the wall.
Shower grout is dingy.
Door lock not fully secured to the trim.
Hallways don't have a pleasant odor.
Lobby water fountain made the floor extremely wet and slippery.
