I called and switch rooms and the reception desk was great. Changed my room also asked for early check in and it was approved. Would definitely come back

People were very nice and room was clean.
Lobby and elevator floors were disgusting the entire time I was there. Like spills that either werent cleaned or not cleaned well when they were. The tiles in my bathroom floor were not even attached making for a wobbly and uncomfortable time every time I went in there. I can only imagine the kind of filth in there since cracks cannot be properly sanitized. I had to go buy shower shoes to wear in there to avoid whatever was growing in there.
