The location and the hotel. The staff was the friendliest I've experienced in New York City.

The location was perfect. The girls at the front desk were super kind and always there to greet you. The room was spacious. House keeping service was amazing.

Great location close to Central Park with easy access to the subway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and had all the essentials to start the day, including bagels, a rotation of eggs and meat, a waffle maker and cereals.
The room was extremely small, especially for two people with two suitcases. There was barely enough space to move around and we often had to take turns. The bathroom was also very small, and the room didn’t feel as clean as we would have liked. The elevator was extremely slow, so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time.
