Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Fox Chapel

Breakfast was more than what I expected . Staff was nice

Lighting was not good. Did not ask, but do you offer a slip free bath mat? Fire alarm went off but no explanation given the next day. Staff seemed unaware of it.

I loved the decor and the pool area

That you cannot get back into the building late night using your room key like it says on the wall in the hotel

They were fast and efficient

Rooms could have been a lil cleaner

Location

Staffing was apparently low on weekends as evidenced by trash stacked up outside and in hallways. No attempt made to make up room or replace used towels and washcloths. Had to go to desk to get replacements, no washcloths available. For the age and overall condition of the facility, you could see that management was trying. They need some corporate help if you are serious about doing further business there. I have stayed at competing brands within 2 miles of this location. Unfortunately, this facility is the worst of all 3 and I won't stay with you again and my experience makes me suspicious of your brand overall.
