Everything was great. When we checked in Fri night,Sunny was working the front desk.He was very helpful, answering several questions we had about the hotel and the area in general. He was also there when we checked out early on Sun morning. This made for avery smooth check out.
nothing that is worth mentioning

Room was clean.
Requested for supplies was granted promptly.
I was on numerous occasions locked out of my room whenever I stepped out for reasons I don’t understand. For a man my age to constantly go up the stairs or the elevator and find out that I can’t get into my room and travel back down to have my key reprogrammed was very annoying. And to add insult to injury, no logical explanation was provided for this situation.
