Everything!!! It felt like 5 star treatment and atmosphere
All the construction around the hotel area which has nothing to do with the hotel. That hotel and area is very nice to be cluttered with so much construction around it. Made it hard to navigate as an out of towner. Ruins the asthetic the city has to hurry and get that mess finished

Nice hotel well located in Downtown, helpful staff, and well maintained room

The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was very professional.
The air conditioner was very loud. We had to turn it on low to sleep, which made us hot. The bed was also very uncomfortable, the mattress was very bad, and should be replaced. I was up all night trying to get comfortable, and my sciatica was re-triggered from the horrible mattress. For the price of this hotel, the mattress and air conditioner should be better.
