Staybridge Suites Denver - Cherry Creek by IHG

This hotel was ideal - clean, friendly, great location (a large Target right across the road was an unexpected bonus), and the breakfast was great - informal and chill, just perfect. i will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing about this hotel i wasn't perfectly happy with. i have no complaints.

I liked my corner room with kitchenette, couch and desk area. I was in Denver for over a week and in this room I felt comfortable and relaxed. I liked the ability to make my own food or have breakfast in the common area. The location very near Target and Leetsdale Kroeger (with liquor license) made it convenient to stock your room with fresh fruit, coffee, wine, cheese and a small vase of yellow roses.🌹

It would be better to have a central area for people to leave trash when they choose not to have maid service. The pile up of take out bags and trash in hallways was not attractive. The $15 parking charge is a disappointment in this area — seems like unnecessary “nickel and diming.”

Beds were comfortable and amenities on property were good. Coffee was available in lobby very early. Overall, it's decent value for the price we were led to believe we would pay.

Breakfast could have been better. The extra fees were a joke and should be fully disclosed on the listing. You noted charges apply for pets and the most you can get on the listing is $10 per night. It's actually $10 per pet per night and a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee. Two pets for three nights was actually $125 for the stay which averages more than $20 per pet per night. You should be more transparent with your additional fees. Additionally, you have answered questions in the past saying parking was complimentary when's it's actually $15 per night. You should make sure this is consistent across the listing. Overall, my final bill was 16% higher than what booking.com calculated. That's not acceptable. Will look elsewhere for my next trip. I would not have booked here had the listing been transparent.

Some remodeling had been done.

The walls are paper thin! We could hear conversation & a television in the next suite. Television in Nextdoor suite was left on ALL night on Friday night. Located across the street from Shotgun Willie’s. Not the cleanest bathrooms..dirt & grime in the corners. Picture in bathroom was broken & still hanging on the wall. Room 143- I should have taken photos.
