The accommodations were very large and roomy and clean. Everything listed under amenities were exactly what was there. We had an issue with a burner on the stove and it was fixed promptly. The bed was very comfortable. Great location and will definitely stay there again.

The view was nice and the room had potential if it had been properly cleaned and maintained.
The room was dirty (dead bug on the floor, not vacuumed) and in poor repair (duct tape covering broken tile and a broken fireplace). I complained and they said they would send me a free drink voucher for my inconvenience, didn’t even send it (just proved they didn’t care). The room was kind of small for a vacation club room. I expected more from a room located on grand Geneva property.
