I especially liked Don, the manager on Duty when I arrived! He did EVERY thing within his power to make sure my every whim was well accommodating! He had a wonderful sense of humor! He set the tone for an exceptional stay. Also, Ms. Franny, MS.FRANNY! As I read all of the reviews about her Superb breakfasts, I said "we'll see". And I DID see!! BEST Grits, bacon, cheese omelet, EVER. Breakfast ends at 10. I arrived at 9:50, everything was FULLY stocked and HOT!!! Ms. Franny is a JEWEL! Friendly, personable, and she even made sure I had everything I wanted. What a time!!!! BTW, one of the Cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in!!!

I HATED the very low toilet seats. This has NOTHING to do with the exceptional on-site staff. It is a Hampton Inn travesty. The toilet seat is only about 15 inches from the floor. Appropriate for maybe an elementary school. At check out, I asked if they were like that in EVERY room, unfortunately, yes. If you have great knees, you will be just fine!! 🙂

The breakfast area was clean and the food fresh.

The window leaked all night long and we called repeatedly and nothing was done and then they said they would fix it the next morning and it was not fixed the entire time that we were there. We had used all the towels to stop the water from dripping and they said come down and get new ones cause there’s nobody to bring any up to you at 10 o’clock at night. The cabinet was hanging off of the hinges. It was broken when we arrived in the room, but it became an issue because it was the one the door that goes in front of the refrigerator so it hung off right in the middle of the room the whole time as well.
