Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport by IHG

As soon as you walked into the Hotel, it had a very warm and inviting feeling to it. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and amazing, including the shuttle driver. I loved my room, it was very roomy and quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. I was only there for one night, but loved it so much I booked another stay for my return flight home a week later. There was a nice gym and pool available but I was to tired to take advantage of them, but I did check them out. There wasn't anything negative about my stay there. I wasn't able to try the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

On my second night for my return flight home a week later ... I had called ahead to reserve a spot on the shuttle for the next morning to the airport. When I arrived, I was told that I would have to take another shuttle. Traveling alone, having to take the later shuttle created a few problems. And when I went to check out, there was no one at the desk for several minutes and when she finally did show up, she took her time even though I mentioned that I was going to miss the shuttle. Thankfully the driver waited for me and was very helpful. That was the only negative part of my entire stay and I still highly recommend this Hotel.

The meal I had for dinner in the restaurant on site was quite good

I did not have the breakfast even though I paid for it because 1. they did not start it until 7 AM and I had to leave by 6:30and 2. They wanted to charge me $12.95 because it was a breakfast buffet in their restaurant. I also ended up sleeping on the couch in the bedroom because the bed was as hard as a block of concrete
