Location and valet was convenient
Cable TV did not work. No flexibility on check in time and there was an entire lobby full of people waiting for it to be exactly 4pm to check in. The line formed and the wait was long. Old drinks in the fridge. Small window in the room felt like a jail cell

Process of booking and checking into hotel was easy and smooth process. Staff were helpful with any questions we had and were more than happy to assist with any troubles during stay.
Expectations were met with what we expected when entering room. No complaints to be made.

Bed was cozy, clean, decent food, great easy location to convention center, if you didn’t wanna go outside, you probably didn’t have to. I only went outside once the whole time I was there because everything connects with the skywalk.
No free breakfast - upon arrival they overcharged me for incidentals was only supposed to be $50 a night. They charged me 220 instead of 150. Never did get my two free waters. I had to ask for him on the third day. When I checked out, they still overcharged me had to call and get a $70 refund.
