It was in a great location. It was clean.
My family of 17 went to Indigo Lounge for dinner and the did not have any servers. I thought that was unacceptable but I applaud Thomas for working the bar and making sure we were taken care of.
The food was really good.
I thought the desk staff could’ve been more welcoming. The waitress we had for breakfast needs more training, she was rushing and she seemed a bit too anxious..
I believe a bit of renovation is needed because the room base boards were large rusted spots..that the spots looked like large holes.. I saw a baby roach in the bathroom and the room smelled like mildew. The AC wasn’t working properly.

I found the staff to be good hotel rooms themselves are carpets are dirty sheets weren’t really clean. Definitely need some help in that area not having the pool area opened or any of the chairs accessible when it was sunny out was a mess and it should have more time at the bar or keep the bar open from like noon with one person.
