Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast included.
There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The cleaning person was in the area, so I asked him for soap and he said they had ran out, but I could call the front office. When I tried to use the phone, the cord was broken, so I had to go downstairs for the soap. When I told them about the phone, they said that they could not fix it.

Beautiful clean friendly environment. Good location. Breakfast is amazing and convenient. Bar and grill located right across parking lot.

Convenient location and the staff were amazing.
Only thing I brought up to front desk is we found a previous persons leftover takeout in the cabinets.

Comfortable, quiet environment
We booked this hotel solely on the fact that a free shuttle service was offered. Turns out the service hasn’t been running and won’t be for at least another month. I was quite upset over this as we would’ve booked closer to a venue had this been disclosed
Did not disclose that we had adjoining rooms with another room, that makes me feel uncomfortable
