Room and bathroom clean and comfortable (temp, chair, bed and desk). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool.
Wished there was a hot tub.
Suggestion for staff- instead of recommending an Uber/Taxi to the Baltimore Airport perhaps suggest the following: the public transportation coach bus to the Baltimore Airport from the Gaithersburg Park and Ride only a few blocks away. $6/person one way, leaving on the hour at about an 1 hour 20 minute ride. It was a very comfortable ride and you can easily reach the park and ride from the hotel via cross walks and sidewalks.
