You cannot beat this location. It’s directly on the gulf and within walking distance of many family friendly activities (bowling, ax throwing, rage room, escape room) and restaurants ranging from Waffle House to fine dining. The rooms were clean and the view was lovely. There is a full sized refrigerator. The staff went above and beyond with being friendly and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care.
It is an older hotel with wet people traipsing in and out and up and down the elevators 24/7 so those much used places have signs of water damage. It is to be expected, but they do usually have someone stationed in the hallway with a mop.

Great hotel for kids with activities. Pool was full and a little dirty but nice
Food was over priced and one staff was managing the two luggage carts they have for the whole hotel and she was rude.
