Park MGM Las Vegas

Room was very comfortable, clean, and serviced every day. I appreciate that the Park is a non-smoking hotel. I love Eataly! Ate something there every day and enjoyed lunch outside on the front terrace before leaving for the airport. Bar service was very good as well.

An important item - The safe in my room did not lock. I stood in line for nearly half an hour at the check-in station to report this. The associate I spoke with arranged to have engineering come up to my room and check it. The engineers were unable to fix it and arranged to have a specialized technician come up. It was fixed within 24 hours, which I appreciated, since I had a laptop and some valuable items that I would have liked to secure in the safe immediately. A small item - I didn't see any glasses in my room. When I checked to see if the safe had been fixed, I found 2 glasses hiding in a dark corner of the closet. Suggestion - put glasses on the sink in the bathroom. I know I'm not the only one because another guest I met in the elevator had the same complaint.

It is conveniently located. In general installations are good. Good value for short stay.

Service quality should be improved. There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room.
