The entrance of the property was pretty clean, the area where they serve breakfast. The following morning was nice. I need as well. Employees in the dining room area were very kind.
I did not like the customer service they treat you like you’re bothering them like they don’t really want to be working there; the part of my stay that made it even worse I my stay was the room carpet being super dirty it was just disgusting some areas look like it was dog poop. The We asked for a housekeeping assistance and they never got there. The following day our room did not get clean, at the time they wanted to come in we were getting ready for the event that we were there for. I am really not a picky customer but I honestly have stayed at your other locations and this has been the worst experience.
