Staff were very friendly. Laundry on site was a plus. Room size was perfect. Location was perfect and very short drive to the airport and target shopping center.
The parking garage is a hot mess!!!!!
It seems as if the hotel is using their parking lot for long term parking. The 4 days we stayed the parking lot was full, yet the hotel was pretty empty every time we walked around. The only hotel in that area with a full parking lot. We made mental note on how many cars didn’t move in 4 days and it was about 90% of the parked cars. This is very unfair to the customer, we pay for a hotel with parking included only to be told if the lot is full to park in alley way. Fix this problem.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was great having the kitchenette to make our own meals. The lending shelves in the lobby was nice too. We borrowed a game. It was very close to the airport making it less stressful to get to my flight on time.
We were on the bottom floor and there were people right outside the windows arguing loudly. Also, the toilet bowl had stains.

The long term parking for the best price I could find.
The shuttle and the front desk girl were wonderful. The shuttle had already stopped when I got there but she sent someone anyway. It was so appreciated!
The room smelled weird and the bed wall backed up to a machinery room that had a motor inside that went on every 5 minutes. Little sleep being that sleep was the whole point of getting this room instead of driving 1:30 hrs home at midnight after a long day flying. I wish I had driven home or slept at a rest area in the car.

"Close to the airport. Excellent airport shuttle service. Always clean, staff always helpful, our room was very quiet. A nice restaurant, Elmer’s, was within easy walking distance."
