The location and the housekeepers were great.
The staff, reception, could’ve been a little pleasant, knowledgeable, and also could’ve charged the correct card.

I was told by the person at the desk that the 2/queen room I requested over a month ago, was not available. We would have to take a king. When I told her I requested 2 queens, she told me maybe I made a mistake with my requst....sometimes that happens. I double checked, I did not. It's a good thing my quest was female. Then when we got to the room...no electricity. She therefore moved us to another room after asking me 'why was there no electricity'. The room was very nice and clean.....but getting it was a pain
The two young girls at the desk, morning and evening. They were young and pretty, but had the personality of a rock......no smiles, no energy, no helpfulness. You have a service industry, you might want to work on it.

The location.
Plastic everywhere due to building “sweating”. Floors and walls constantly wet. Lady at the front desk asked what was the “reason for my stay”, which I felt was a little unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.
