Location was awesome. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Ice machine near our room was broken down and I had to go on a hunt for ice.

Free parking around the entire building! Loved that there was easy access to exits. No disturbances at all. Room was very clean, and streaming services are available for you to sign in. All amenities included, no issues! Check in & out was very easy & staff was very helpful/friendly. Lots of stores & food places nearby so you have lots of options!!
Breakfast staff started putting things away before 10am, so I didn’t get the chance to grab some items. Other than this, everything was perfect!

Front desk staff was excellent. They handled our issues perfectly, with great customer service skills.
The shuttle driver was horrible. It was a shift change and he was late leaving. Well, he acted like it. I have small kids and he flew to the hotel like he was a New York city taxi driver. The front desk staff said the manager would contact me about this and I wish they would have because safety should be their top priority. Also, there was no soap anywhere in the suite. Not for the bathrooms to wash your hands, not even dish soap for the kitchen. Front desk handled the problem.
