It would help if the breakfast area more clearly marked any allergy options and provided more options. My son is severely allergic to all nuts, and I was told by the staff that he should stay away from everything because nothing could be guaranteed safe because of cross contamination issues in the kitchen. This was disappointing, and I had to go to the grocery store to get his breakfast.

really good. No complaints. Great built-in night light!

I wish I didn't have to remake the bed before retiring. I wish I had a normal sheet, blanket, and bedspread, rather than phoo-phoo internal European comforters. That trend in upper level chains sucks.

Had and excellent stay. I was in town to visit my son at Davidson College for the weekend. I arrived early well before check-in and before my room was ready. I anticipated dropping off my bags at the lobby and visiting with my son then returning to the hotel to check-in later that afternoon. I had to use the bathroom in the lobby but there was a malfunction and bathroom wasnt immediately available. I notified the staff. They notified maintenance and at the same time checked to see if a room was available. I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a larger room. The hotel staff was awesome. All of the facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to Davidson College. Above all the staff were exceptional.

The lobby bathroom toilet wasn't working. Maintenance fixed it in a timely fashion. Despite that the bathroom was very clean.

Your fitness room reeks of mold. My daughter who needed to train for track on a treadmill was not able to do so.

Smell in your fitness room.
