Broken ice machine, broken down elevator, stains on carpet in room and breakfast food was terrible!

Great location. Breakfast way good as always.
I booked this trip for my son’s 13 birthday. I requested a pool and breakfast. The pool was down till our last night and on top of that our vehicle broke down and we were stuck there for a day with nothing to do. I just wish someone would have told us because we would have moved for a pool. Other than that we loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Location was great just off the interstate, it’s also quiet and breakfast was okay.
Check in progress was a little confusing as the internet went down, this can happen

It was right off the hwy. Close to food and gas as well
My husband ate the boiled eggs for breakfast as well as some other things that I ate as well except I didn't eat the boiled egg. 2 hrs later sick as can be. Vomiting ect. Had to stop for him to recover 2 extra days off our vacation 😪. Will never stop there again. I loved staying in Hampton inns during travel. Ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor as well. They should have told us so I didn't have to find one .
