I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the vibe of the facility, very quiet and not noise.

It offered suites and the location from Quinnipiac University
The living room air conditioner was not working properly. They did replace it the second night . The water pressure in the shower was null to none. They did replace the shower head the second night, and it improved somewhat. The living room couch had a big stain on the cushion and the chair next to it was dirty. My wife’s pillowcase had a stain on it. FYI the front desk check-in person was great the person that we tried to change rooms with because of the air conditioner wasn’t interested in changing our room and was just not friendly at all . The third person the next morning had the air and shower fix .
