The convenient snacks and drinks always available by the front desk. The super friendly staff! The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. Pretty, clean room, too!
The bed seemed damage. There was kind of sinkhole in the mattress that caused neck and back pain. I was in room 304.

Non working light in room. Dirty carpets and very worn as well. No blow dryer in the room.

Friendly welcome by receptionist, who accommodated our pet with a room on 1st floor near exterior door. Most comfortable bed & linens I've ever slept on. The usual great Holiday Inn Express breakfast ready at 5:40 am so we could get an early start. Quiet room just off the interstate in uncongested area.
Can't think of anything.

Bed was comfortable
Bathtub faucet drips, tub floor needs replacing and inside bathroom door was dirty. Stepped on old date on floor near bed.
Food was not replenished while we were there (approximately 12-15 minutes)
