The highlight of our stay was definitely the front desk team, who deserve a 10/10. Special thanks to Karyn and 'K' for their exceptional service.
I usually love Hilton hotels, but this particular stay did not offer the same experience.
Unfortunately, our room was not clean when we arrived. There was hair on the bathroom floor, trash behind the bed, and it was obvious the floor hadn't been vacuumed, as we found several items left on the ground. We went to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned, but our request was ignored and nobody ever showed up. Additionally, the toilet paper was very cheap quality—worse than what you find at the airport.

Great
That they made us pay for parking after spending all that money to stay there, they just could have given us a parking pass that way you will know if these people are staying at your hotel or just using your parking lot. Just a rip off. Even though the stay was great that would be the only reason I wouldn’t come back or refer anyone to this establishment. So many other hotels GREAT hotels give there paid guest FREE PARKING PASS

Carpet in room very dirty, needs replacing or thorough cleaning.. made us pay for parking though seemed no other cars did so. Charged us for breakfast which we did not eat- charge came through after our departure and had to dispute with manager. They did remove charge
