Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Maryville by IHG

In Maryville and close to stores/retail area.

It is definitely an older hotel that would benefit from remodeling hallways and the rooms (cracked drywall, etc.)

Very clean and great people/workers.

Pillows were so - so. Other hotel guests next to us were very loud and kept letting doors slam.

Advertise a pool but the last two times we have stayed here, the pool is closed down. So you shouldn’t advertise that you have one if it is no longer available for use. One of the main reasons people want to stay at this hotel is because it advertises a pool. A total disappointment two times now, a year apart, two different stays & still no pool. We also had some bugs in our room, I know you can’t control a few bugs but may need to spray for bugs so that isn’t the first thing to welcome your guests. Also this time we stayed the vending machines were removed but signs for vending machines are still up. If they were removed so more people would purchase stuff from the little store by the front desk, then offer more of a variety of snacks.
