They provided me an accessible room, right next to the breakfast room, and close to the hot tube.
My toilet backed up, and there should be a plunger in the bathroom.

Considering the cost, the breakfast was decent.
One of the beds was broken: it had a coil out of the mattress.
We only got three bath towels instead of four, but that was corrected later.
The free wifi internet was not working in our room. It was okay in the lobby. I had to use my phone data.

The staff checking us in were super friendly and had a sense of humor.
We reserved and paid for a King Bed Suite, but were given a room with a Queen bed instead. My husband is tall, so having a King bed was crucial for our comfort, and we were never compensated or refunded the price difference for the downgrade. On top of that, there was visible mold on the curtains, and the room had a strong, musty mold smell. The pillows were tiny roughly the size of couch throw pillows and while they provided four, it barely made up for standard-sized pillows. Very disappointing experience.
