The room was beautiful. The staff member who checked us in couldn’t have been more kind. She also brought up bar soap & towels that had been missing.
We had to pay individually for every single thing. Other hotels include, for example, breakfast. We were incredulously charged for parking. We would not have stayed there had we k own and won’t stay there again although several trips have been planned.

The staff was efficient and friendly
The was an unruly patron in the bar. The waitress,however, dealt with him quickly and effectively.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with booking.com not completing my reservation correctly (ie putting my first name first on the reservation and the Marriott staff was unable to find it). Booking.com blamed me and wanted to charge me cancellation fees close to 500 dollars! Vanessa from Marriott helped me resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Marriott in Normal Illinois but I will never use Booking.com again.

The bathroom was not clean. The room was ok but there were things that were dirty.
There was nothing in the room or on-site to tell you when the restaurant opened or if there was food or drinks.
