Location

The first room I had the AC barely worked and there was a heat wave going on. My last 3 nights were great because I moved rooms and the AC was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing all mornings we had it! The pool area was really nice and the layout of our room was perfect for having little kids. We enjoyed the easy checkin and the staff was kind.

My only complaint is that the carpeted floor was VERY dirty. We have a 1 year old who is crawling everywhere and it took less than 1 minutes for him to be COMPLETELY covered in filth. There wasn't an isssue of visbible debris, but this carpet is extremely dirty and should be regularly cleaned. On this trip I stayed at other hotels where this was never an issue for my 1 year old. His hands, legs, and tops of his feet were black. Please, please professionally clean the carpets from time to time! Otherwise, I would have given this hotel a 10/10.
