Clean and well maintained hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast

The location and the cleanliness was fantastic.
The breakfast was the same everyday and did not offer many options for a diabetic like myself. The heating/air in our room didn’t work quite right. It continued to blow cold air even when it was turned to heat.

The staff were exceptional especially Ms. Anderson. We had a very nice, large, comfortable room. We enjoyed the happy hour that came with a presentation from Tracy Anderson, which was interesting. Breakfast was good, albeit, very crowded.
I didn't like having to deal with busloads of people at Happy Hour or at breakfast, however, it is a good thing for the hotel for it to be full.

Warm reception area, large room for the stay and for the breakfast area. Close to downtown and ample parking.
The pillows were really bad. We had a stiff neck the next morning. The eggs at breakfast were probably the worst eggs we’ve ever had at a hotel.
