This historic hotel acquired a building of condos/townhomes circa 1940s or older (based on doorknobs) and connected them to the hotel via a breezeway. I stayed in one of those units - complete with galley kitchen, family room, and a loft bedroom. Imagine vintage residence inn rooms from the 90s.
No complaints. I'd just traveled 12 hours by car and booked last minute. Front desk guy was a delight. Location is ideal for a quick walk to Old Market.

The location is great and the building and common areas are lovey due to it being a historic building.
It didn’t feel any more special than staying in a roadside, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, etc. I was expecting a slightly elevated experience, but the room was anything special. The bathroom had stains on the wall. Overall felt dated. I’m glad I purchased when they were running a special and not the regular prices or I would’ve been even more disappointed. I’m glad I’ve stayed there, but I know that it’s not worth it. In the future, I will choose to say at a Hyatt or something that also offers breakfast for the same type of room and the same type of service.
