Front desk staff were professional and helpful.

Noisy people outside in parking lot, nothing related to the hotel.

Good location off interstate. The pool was nice and looked to be well maintained. The staff was nice.

It was a nice hotel, but we had just come from Vermont where our hotel was very homey and quaint and cozy, so the bright modern look was not that appealing, but that wasn't their fault. The coffee and hot water in the lobby were all cold so we were not able to enjoy it.

The room was wonderful and so clean! The bed was very comfortable and we had more than enough room to entertain our son and his girlfriend while we were visiting.

The mounted TV. IT didn't seem to pull out too far from the wall so we had to tuck the curtains behind it so that it was visible by someone sleeping near the window

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Having a kitchen was terrific as we stayed multiple days.

The phone didn't work. When I went to call the front desk it was just dead. I didn't like that my credit card was charged $250 for some fee I still don't understand and was told it would be taken off upon checking out. I could see putting an authorization hold on the credit card but not actually charging the card. Then after checking out, it did not get credited. When I called the office to rectify the person told me that the charges "would just fall off." I said, "Nothing just falls off once it's charged. You have to issue a credit." Then I asked to talk to a manager, who was not present. It did get credited back to my account. But honestly, this was a problem when I have to spend time helping people do their jobs correctly, especially for a silly policy that punishes guests who actually do things correctly.
