What I liked most about this hotel was the service from the staff! ...from the people who welcome you to the housekeeping staff!
One thing I didn't like about this hotel was the security situation! Nothing happened to me personally, but I saw a lot of homeless people... I arrived at my room at 12:00 PM and there were a lot of people around; it’s a dangerous situation, and I really hope the hotel takes it seriously.

The cleanliness and the bed was comfortable!
Upon entering the building the ceiling was falling apart. Had water damage and the ceiling tiles were awful.
