The staff Josh, Courtney, Jonika went above and beyond for me (grandma)papa and the grands 🙏 with our stay couldn't ask for nothing else with the service my family received. I wish every hotel was like this one all over the 🌍 .

the front desk lady named ejla not sure if its spelled right but she was amazing she went above and beyond, it was a horrible night trying to find rooms etc and she made it all happen. she was great and deserves recognition for her hard work.

It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
I was charged double. I paid through booking.com. Then when I checked in, I was told I was being charged just the $50 refundable fee. However, they charged me $183 (the room price and the refundable fee). When I spoke to the front desk about it later that night, he argued with me. I didn’t get refunded until a week later and talking to 3 different workers.
