I reserved through booking.com a room with a view of the ocean. And when I got to the hotel , the lady at the desk told me all those rooms were taken after I had reserved and paid for that room, I asked her how that was possible, Because I had a reservation and she said, " I'm sorry, Ms. Taylor they're all taken" I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was not one there..I was upset but I went ahea and stayed, we were weary travelers. I do not understand how that can happen when you have a reservation for that type room. It was very disappointed because I had my granddaughter with me and I wanted her to be excited about the view. Not cool.

Next to the beach! The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

The 2 or 3 hand sanitizer stations I tried were empty.

In the three consecutive nights we stayed there they never did room service. We had to go get our towels and toilet paper. It stated if you stayed more than one night room service was every other day. We only started out with two towels,2 washcloths and two hand towels, 1 rug and 1 roll of toilet paper. The front desk apologized when we told them our room wasn’t serviced and they told us the cleaning staff had left for the night
