Location is quiet, staff like Andy are helpful, breakfast was better than average, and spa jacuzzi is a real plus.

Clean and great location. The gentlemen that helped us was super friendly and talkative. Very helpful. Whenever we asked for anything; he was super attentive. Always smiling. Asked us abt our trip.
It was nice to see customer service in high regard that he (His name was Shek).
Everything was great.
The only thing we noticed was all the other employees were not friendly, no eye contact, no smiling, when they come in the morning, no good mornings or smiles.

The breakfast was average.
Similar to what other hotels offer.
I’m not a breakfast eater, normally, so I ate yogurt. And drank water.
We stayed in a handicapped room. The shower sprayed out into the main floor, the handheld part, did not stay up on the adjustable bar. Plus to turn it on you got sprayed on!
Good thing the towels were large and thick to soak up all of the water, that even ran under the door one morning and got the carpet wet!
