Quiet clean

To far away from downtown. Was not able to walk to shops and eatery’s

Hotel was clean, bright and modern. Amazing location - cool swim looking up at the mesas. Onsite breakfast was worth every penny.

Enjoyed my stay…look forward returning

The views

The property itself is beautiful, and our room was nice with a great view. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful and did her best to assist us during our stay. Overall, there were definitely positives, especially the room, view, and customer service at the front desk, but several maintenance and service issues kept the stay from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air conditioning was mediocre — we had it set to 70 degrees, but the room still felt warm. The regular live TV channels continuously scrambled and froze, so we eventually had to use a streaming service instead. There was also a fairly large gap underneath the door, and shortly after checking in we were greeted by a large cricket in the foyer of our room. Our restaurant experience was also disappointing. My steak was not prepared to the temperature I requested and had to be remade. By the time the replacement was ready, the rest of my family had already finished dinner, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the meal with them and ended up taking my steak to go. The restaurant did remove it from the bill, which I appreciated, but it still negatively impacted the experience.
