The free shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated, as was the instruction as to which shuttle was the correct one! The room was large, with nice dark curtains and a comfortable bed. They had a few dinner options to go in the microwave, which was appreciated after a late arrival in poor weather- no need to go out again.
Despite a request for a quiet room, I could clearly hear 2 of my neighbor's TVs. The soundproofing between rooms seems to be limited. I was not able to get the sleep I was hoping for before my early flight.

front desk guy was customer service oriented.
Outlets for technology in the room other than just regular plugs in the walls.

Location to the airport was good. Room was clean. Front desk staff was polite.
Front desk staff was very busy but stayed polite because of the Labor Day weekend it was pretty busy.
