The pools were the highlight for the children. However they were closed in the morning. The large chess and checker boards kept them busy. There is so much to do and look at. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The Resturant staff was unwelcoming. No friendly faces except the hostess. The wait times were an hour or longer. The waiter looked like he was in a bad mood so we were scared to ask for anything additional. The food was average but I’m picky. The front desk at check in also needs customer service training. We shouldn’t have to pay a park fee if we are only using the hotel, but I get it we are staying inside the park.

Beautiful Resort property. The Lake tour was the perfect companion to the stay. Captain crunch was entertaining and informative. We will definately be back!
The food was awesome but a bit pricey.

The location is great! The staff were friendly and helpful.
No hand soap in the bathroom, thin toilet paper, no clean towels at the pool, no working water fountain on the property, no water or cleaning supplies in the gym, slow restaurant with bad food, and thin walls.
