I like the sq ft of the room, the speed of delivery of requested services such as meals, maintenance, and towels.
The TV in the bedroom did not work. I didn’t notice until I came back from an event around 11pm. Maintenance was not available so an alternative staff was sent to my room, he couldn’t fix it and suggested that I change rooms. It was too late so he said they would give a discount for the inconvenience. The next day when I communicated this to the front desk they were unaware of my experience and left me confused about whether or not they were going to do anything about it. Nothing was done about it. Communication between staff and guests needs to be more effective.

The location is a plus because a lot of restaurants where within walking distance
Hotel was old and needs updating and the staff tells you nothing you need to know like parking and checkout times
